If you have made your payment and contacted your lien holder you will need to schedule a Vehicle Redemption Appointment. If you have fees they will be sent in the final confirmation. We are Cash Only. Your name must be on the account and you must show valid ID.
If you would like to claim the personal belongings inside the vehicle you will need to schedule a Property Redemption Appointment. If your car has been stored for more then 24 hours it may already be cleaned out and stored in our property room, if that is the case you may have a property fee which will be sent in the final confirmation and will be cash only. Your name must be on the account and must show valid ID.

Shawn's Auto Recovery is a repossession company. The most common reason for repossession is defaulted payment or the vehicle no longer being insured. To find out the reason why and steps to get your vehicle back, please reach out to your lien holder.
Not only for the safety of our drivers but most of our clients require no contact. We can not door knock or attempt contact without the approval from your lien holder.
We will not know what is to be paid here until we receive your redemption release. The redemption release will tell us what is to be charged to you and what to charge back. You must call your lien holder to see what you have to pay them in order to get the redemption release sent and in some cases they can let you know what is going to be charged at time of pickup.
